We may use third-party couriers or logistics providers to complete final delivery.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary depending on destination, courier performance, customs processes, and external factors beyond our control.
Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Singapore: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch

  • Hong Kong: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

PURPOSH LIFE is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address details, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier disruptions, customs clearance, high order volume, adverse weather, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will provide updates, but we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear supporting evidence, such as videos/photographs of the package and product.
We will review the matter and work with the relevant fulfillment or shipping partner to determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Returned or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
