Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with video-unboxing as evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Singapore).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed or unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
